Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive assistance to residents, including transportation scheduling and activity sign-ups.
• Manage phones, greet visitors, monitor entry points, and maintain a professional reception.
• Relay information between residents, families, staff, and leadership; distribute mail; update calendars.
• Deliver high-touch hospitality services to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain logs, complete documentation, support scheduling, and assist with event prep.
• Monitor visitor access and follow emergency procedures for resident safety.
• Support community engagement and participation in activities.
