FirstService Residential is seeking a part-time Community Association Manager in the West Loop, Chicago. You will lead community operations, liaise with the Board, and supervise staff to ensure strong governance and service levels.

The role requires Illinois CAM licensure, knowledge of condo law and budgeting, and excellent communication. On-site presence in Chicago is expected with a focus on resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Community Association Manager license in Illinois.
• Understanding of building management, condo law, financial planning, and property-management law.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting experience and cost-control.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations for community goals and lead action plans to achieve Board objectives.
• Provide leadership to meet homeowners’ needs and priorities.
• Create and implement the annual budget; monitor financial position monthly.
• Ensure due diligence for protection of funds, property, and assets.
• Lead Board meetings with agendas, reports, and follow-up.
