Job summary

Westward360 in Chicago is seeking a Community Association Manager to join our growing team. The role involves overseeing management for multiple associations, coordinating with Boards, homeowners, and vendors, and guiding financial planning.

We offer a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates hold an Illinois CAM license and have 2+ years of CAM experience with strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois state CAM license.
• 2+ years of experience as a CAM for associations larger than 40 units.
• Experience explaining finances to Board members and preparing budgets.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to plan ahead and consistently meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the management and day-to-day procedures for each Association.
• Conduct daily operations with Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance plan for each property.
• Respond to inquiries with support staff assistance.
• Solicit bids and supervise contractor work as needed.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Organize Owner and Board meetings.
• Provide financial insights to the Board including budget preparation and invoicing.
• Review financial statements before distribution to the Board.
