Job summary

Project Create seeks a Part-time Program Coordinator to support Community Partnership Programs across partner sites. This role handles administrative coordination, classroom logistics, supplies, communication, and on-site support for teaching artists, students, and volunteers.

The candidate should be highly organized, dependable, and comfortable traveling between sites; driving may be required. 20–25 hours/week, $25/hour, with transportation reimbursement. Independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; leadership experience with youth is valued.
• Strong administrative and project coordination capabilities are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners and communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for CPP classes across partner sites.
• Assist with class schedules, attendance, reports, and communications for teachers and students.
• Coordinate supplies, field trips, and event logistics; support volunteer coordination.
• Support program evaluation activities including surveys and data collection.
• Assist in promoting and coordinating events and outreach activities.
