Qualifications

• High school diploma required and experience working with the public.
• Lived experience caregiving for a child with developmental concerns preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• On-site coordinator for Music Therapy & More across Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.
• Warmly greets families and ensures a welcoming, safe learning space.
• Identifies families’ needs and connects them to a Family Resource Specialist.
• Collaborates with music therapists and manages program logistics; resolves conflicts.
• Completes monthly and weekly program reports and maintains accurate registrations.
