Bold Royalty LLC, operating through its Jani-King commercial cleaning division, seeks a Part-Time Sales Representative to support growth in the Orlando, Florida market. The role focuses on new business, lead generation, and closing commercial cleaning contracts with B2B clients.

You will develop relationships with business owners and managers, schedule walkthroughs, and collaborate with Jani-King reps to finalize service agreements. This position is field-based with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional sales experience required.
• Experience selling and closing commercial cleaning or janitorial contracts.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and acquire new business accounts.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Availability to work 10-15 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning contract opportunities in Orlando.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Present commercial cleaning services and communicate the value of Jani-King cleaning solutions.
• Coordinate facility walkthroughs and contract pricing negotiations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Jani-King representatives to finalize agreements.
