Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer loan products and delinquency management preferred.
• Familiarity with applicable collection practices and privacy requirements.
• Experience with member account servicing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquent loan accounts 15–60 days past due.
• Make outbound collection calls and handle inbound member calls.
• Discuss account status and payment options with members.
• Document all contact attempts and payment arrangements.
• Follow up on payment arrangements and escalate as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of member information.
• Collaborate with lending, member service, accounting, and branch staff.
