Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position offers 3 days per week, 12:00–17:00, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide home care services to patients in their residence, performing personal care, transfers, and basic nursing tasks under supervision. Travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication: read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, bending, standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care as instructed by supervisors.
• Prepare meals with consideration of dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and activities per client needs.
• Light housekeeping and record-keeping.
• Report changes in client condition promptly.
• Complete tasks in EVV app per Plan of Care.
• Adhere to Plan of Care and patient confidentiality.
