Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in Greenville. Shifts are 12:00–17:00, three days per week, with excellent pay and benefits. The role focuses on home care in clients’ residences, delivering direct patient care and maintaining care plans under supervision.

Travel within the service area may be required. The CNA will perform duties in home-based settings, assist with transfers, hygiene, and daily living

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.
• Ability to maintain required certifications (DFS).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the client’s home.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and follow care plans under supervision.
• Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain accurate records as required by the agency.
• Record changes in client condition and report to supervisor.
• Follow EVV time sheets as required.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Always follow the Plan of Care and do not administer medications.
