Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in our Greenville location. The position is 3 days a week, 12:00–17:00, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in clients’ homes, assist with ADLs, transfers, hygiene, and meal prep, while maintaining records and communicating changes to the supervising team.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, reading and writing.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision or as prescribed.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engaging activities.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by the agency.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Complete EVV tasks per Aide Plan time sheet when needed.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Follow Plan of Care and never administer medications.
