Job summary

Action Health Staffing is currently seeking a dependable CNA to work in a part-time role as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. Part-time are 3 days a week 12n–5pm. Excellent Pay and benefits!!

The home care aide provides services to patients at the home, following the plan of care and ensuring high quality health care. Travel within the service area is possible as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned and base duties on client needs.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and grooming.
• Support transfers, repositioning and mobility activities.
• Deliver basic nursing care under supervision of a RN or therapist.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities per client needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain client records.
• Document changes in client condition and complete EVV tasks as needed.
• Report concerns promptly and adhere to plan of care; protect patient privacy.
