Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services in Greenville is seeking a dependable CNA to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator. The 3-day-a-week shift runs 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

You will provide direct patient care, assist with hygiene, transfers, and daily living activities, and help maintain patient records in a home care setting. This role requires CPR/DFS certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising clinicians.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client's preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to each client.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Complete task according to EVV app for Aide Plan task or EVV timesheet.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctually reporting as assigned.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in providing independence within client abilities.
• Perform other duties per care plan.
