Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The part-time role requires 3 days per week, 12:00–5:00 p.m., with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct home care, assist with transfers and daily living activities, and maintain client records while following the Plan of Care and upholding patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Need physical stamina for lifting, bending and standing.
• Ability to manage tasks in home care settings.
• Compassionate attitude toward care recipients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the client’s home as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing tasks under supervision and plan of care.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by agency.
• Report changes in condition promptly to supervisor.
• Adhere to EVV/task time sheets and plan of care.
