Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in Greenville. The role includes assisting home care patients in their residences, with duties ranging from direct patient care to light housekeeping and documentation.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills: reading, writing, directions.
• Physical tasks: lifting, bending, standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences/diets.
• Provide companionship and activities as needed.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Adhere to EVV time sheet and plan of care.
• Notify supervisor of abuse or privacy concerns.
• Never administer medications.
