Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable CNA for a part-time staffing coordinator role in Greenville. The position involves home care in patients' residences, with a 3-day weekly schedule from 12n to 5pm.

You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and document care using EVV and plans of care. You will work as part of a team under supervision, maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding the patient Bill of Rights.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective reading, writing and comprehension of directions.
• Ability to perform lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward caring for the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care as instructed by supervisor.
• Prepare meals with client dietary needs in mind.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report changes.
