Job summary

McCormick Post Acute in McCormick, SC is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our warm, family-oriented skilled nursing and rehab community. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will deliver daily resident care per plan, assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility, and help create a welcoming, safe environment for residents and their families.

We offer competitive pay ($18–$19 per hour), night/weekend shift differentials, 12-hour shifts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification from an accredited program.
• Active South Carolina CNA Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• A positive attitude and a passion for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents according to the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo cards.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding privacy, confidentiality, and infection control.
