Job summary

McCormick Post Acute Family in South Carolina is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide routine daily nursing care per individualized care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals, and report changes to supervising staff in a warm, family-like environment.

Requirements include a SC CNA certification, CPR, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer competitive pay, night/weekend shift differentials, growth opportunities, and 12-hour shifts with at least one weekly shift.

Qualifications

• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, and procedures.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident room readiness and assist with transfers and mobility.
