Job summary

McCormick Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our warm, family-like team in McCormick, SC. You will provide routine daily nursing care per care plans, identify residents, and report changes promptly to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification from accredited program
• Active South Carolina CNA Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A positive attitude and a passion for resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services as per care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before procedures.
• Record/communicate changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect resident privacy.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support safety, comfort, and wellbeing during all duties.
