Qualifications

• CNA Certification from an accredited program is required.
• Active South Carolina CNA Certification is required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• A positive attitude and a passion for resident care is expected.
• A desire to contribute to a fun, supportive, and family‑oriented culture is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo cards.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as assigned.
• Prepare residents and rooms for procedures, meals, and transfers.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood/body fluids and safety procedures.
