Job summary

Brooke Grove Foundation Inc in Olney, MD is seeking a Part-Time CNA/Med Tech - Resident Services Associate for evenings or nights, every other weekend. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, support dining, and help with bathing, grooming, and mobility.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, current CNA, CPR, and Medication Technician Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience/training acceptable.
• Current CNA certification required.
• CPR certification and Medication Technician Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with bathing, grooming and activities of daily living.
• Maintains cleanliness of building and assists with light maintenance tasks.
• Monitors residents during meals and assists dining staff as needed.
• Assists with laundry as requested.
• Provides care for incontinent residents and follows toileting schedules.
• Monitors resident comfort and safety; reports changes as needed.
• Assists with medication administration as allowed by nursing staff.
• Participates in activities and behavior intervention plans.
• Responds to life-saving situations per facility policies.
