Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification required.
- Current CNA license required.
- Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow care plans and assessments.
- Must provide medical clearance including TB test.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, transfers).
- Meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Monitor BP and glucose levels.
