Brooke Grove Retirement Village in Olney, MD is seeking a compassionate GNA/CNA to join our care team. You will provide personal care, monitor residents, and report changes to nursing staff while supporting safe transfers and daily activities for residents in a warm, respectful environment.

The role requires a Maryland GNA/CNA registration or CNA-I certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work days or nights. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Current Maryland GNA/CNA registration or CNA-I certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing) per policy.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, intake, and bowel movements.
• Observe residents and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and repositioning every 2 hours.
• Support safe lifting, transfers, and ambulation.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms; change linens and handle laundry.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration; monitor intake.
• Help with admissions, discharges, and room transitions.
