Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-I) in Maryland to join our caregiving team. The role is full-time evenings and part-time night shifts, focusing on delivering high-quality daily care to residents and patients.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, linen changes, patient positioning, hydration, vital signs, and daily check-ins. Must hold MD CNA-I certification, be in good standing, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-I certification in good standing.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Caring, empathetic approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and services to residents and patients.
• Assist with bathing and changing linens.
• Position patients properly and ensure comfort.
• Offer hydration and monitor intake.
• Check in on patients in morning and night.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing department.
