Job summary

Brooke Grove Retirement Village in Ashton, Maryland, is seeking a Part-Time CNA/Med Tech - Resident Services Associate for evenings, nights, and every other weekend. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor dining and cleanliness, and support ongoing activities with compassion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA, CPR, and Medication Technician Certification (or can obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months related experience or training.
• Current CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification and Medication Tech Certification (or able to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming and daily living activities.
• Maintain building cleanliness and assist with simple maintenance tasks.
• Monitor dining room assistance and feeding residents during meals.
• Assist with laundry as requested.
• Provide medication assistance per assisted living guidelines when delegated by a nurse.
• Notify nurse of changes in resident condition and participate in activities and interventions.
