Job summary

Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate care team. Shift runs 2:00pm - 10:30pm over a two-week period, with 64 hours and a competitive pay range based on experience.

You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and provide companionship in a warm, patient-centered environment. From assisting with daily routines to documenting observations and collaborating with nurses, you will play

Qualifications

• Required completion of a state-approved CNA program
• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist residents safely

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers)
• Support meals, hydration, and dining assistance
• Provide companionship and person-centered care
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe care environment
• Document accurately in required systems
• Follow care plans and infection control procedures
