Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and daily routines. You will work across care settings, support resident comfort and independence, and help maintain a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

The role requires MN CNA certification, adherence to regulations, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• State-approved Nursing Assistant Training Act program completion
• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while planning and completing tasks
• Good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of residents' individual needs and abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered service
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence through person-centered care
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement with residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control standards
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care and well-being
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in daily interactions
