Job summary

Saint Therese is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for overnight shifts (10:00pm - 6:30am) at the Oxbow Lake campus in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role offers competitive wages ($21.27 – $28.87/hr, based on experience) and benefits including healthcare, retirement, and tuition support.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living, provide compassionate care, and support meals, mobility, and routines.

Qualifications

State-approved CNA program completion.
Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification.
Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers.
Support residents’ comfort, dignity and independence through person-centered care.
Observe and report changes in resident condition or needs to nursing staff.
Assist with meals, hydration and dining support as needed.
Provide companionship and engagement with residents.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
Follow care plans, safety procedures and infection control standards.
Complete accurate documentation in required systems.
Collaborate with nurses and care team to support resident care and well-being.
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in daily interactions.
