Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, support meals and mobility, and help maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in a welcoming, compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• State approved CNA program completed and in good standing.
• Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Sensitivity to residents' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and transfers.
• Support meals, hydration and dining assistance as needed.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and engagement to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe care environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Complete accurate documentation in required systems.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to support resident well-being.
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliable, customer-focused service.
