Job summary

Balboa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a part-time CNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a warm, safe, and respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, recording vital signs, and reporting changes to supervisors promptly. CPR certification preferred; state CNA license required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and document care.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident health information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
