Job summary

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as per care plans
• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before procedures
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as directed
• Ensure room readiness and maintain a warm, calm environment
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any privacy breaches
• Assist with medical tests preparation and transporting residents as needed
