Job summary

Tiburon Hills is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care for residents in La Paloma Healthcare Center. You will identify residents, document care accurately, and report changes to the nursing team.

You will assist with daily living activities and ensure a warm, safe environment while maintaining resident privacy. Responsibilities include helping residents with meals, mobility, and daily routines, while following facility policies and procedure manuals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license per state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before care using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries using approved abbreviations and maintain documentation.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and prepare rooms for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
• Assist with transfers, feeding, hygiene, and mobility as trained.
• Respond to resident calls and monitor comfort and safety throughout shifts.
