Job summary

The Atrium at Rocky Hill, a Benchmark Senior Living community, is hiring a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team on first and second shifts. The starting hourly rate is $19.25, with shifts 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.

As a CNA, you will deliver compassionate care to residents in a warm, home-like setting, assist with activities of daily living, document care, and report changes. Valid CNA license required; prior experience in skilled nursing or dementia care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive compassionate and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.


• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.


• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.


• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required


• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required


• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
