Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Middletown, CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide attentive daily care to residents in a warm, home-like setting.

You will assist with ADLs, document care, report changes, and support meaningful activities while enjoying a benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
