Job summary

The Atrium at Rocky Hill, a Benchmark Senior Living Community, is hiring a Full Time CNA for the 1st shift (7a-3p) with an Every Other Weekend rotation in Rocky Hill, CT. Starting hourly rate is $19.25. You will deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment and support residents with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required.

• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support.

specializing in Memory Care is now hiring Full Time CNA

Full Time is available on 1st Shift, 7a-3pm, with an Every Other Weekend rotation. Starting hourly rate is $19.25

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
