Job summary

The Atrium at Veronica Drive, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking compassionate CNAs to deliver care in a warm, home-like setting. Roles include per diem and full-time positions with competitive hourly pay of $21–$23.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support to residents. Benefits are available to eligible associates as part of a supportive healthcare community.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

The Atrium at Veronica Drive is looking for compassionate Per Diem and Full Time CNAs to join our team!

$21-23/HR

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
