Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide to support the Med Surg team in Sheboygan County. You will assist with daily patient care, monitor basics, and help with admissions and discharges under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting vitals, maintaining EMR accuracy, and collaborating with the care team to meet patient needs. Prioritize safety and comfort and adhere to infection controls and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• GED or HSED, or High School Diploma.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and inputs/outputs in EMR.
• Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Maintain nursing area supplies and clean equipment.
• Follow infection prevention policies and procedures.
