Qualifications

• Certified or registered Medical Assistant required.
• Phlebotomy is required.

• Familiar with State Regulations, DEA regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and collect patient information.
• Check in patients, measure vital signs, and update electronic charts.
• Assist Medical Director/Provider with patient intakes.
• Obtain blood and nonblood specimens for lab testing.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment.
• Serve as receptionist and manage paperwork and records.
• Triage calls and messages; coordinate with counselors.
