Job summary

Science 37 is seeking a Site Operations Specialist to support startup, implementation, and conduct of Phase I–IV clinical trials at the Morrisville, NC area. You will assist Site Operations Managers, Logistics Managers, Medical Records Supervisors, and coordinators to ensure site readiness and efficient trial delivery.

The role involves budgeting, medical record follow-up, scheduling logistics, and maintaining dashboards and multi‑system documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GCP, regulatory requirements, and workflows.
• Experience with ISF, CRFs, and ICFs preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and quality control.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft agendas/minutes for Study Team meetings.
• Maintain trackers: budgets, study contacts, logs, and site contracts.
• Assist in Investigator Site File updates and e-filing.
• Coordinate study start-up documents and close-out docs.
• Support IWRS/I RT and vendor portals to track study progress.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of essential study records.
