Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician in Lisle, IL. This part-time role (24 hours per week) involves rotating shifts from 6am to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.

The MT performs multi-analytic testing across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology and urinalysis. Responsibilities include specimen receipt and labeling, testing, QC, and data entry into the LIS, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science or allied field from an accredited institution.
• AMT/ASCP certification required; CPR preferred.
• Foreign-educated candidates must provide IERF credential evaluation.
• US-educated candidates must provide detailed original transcript.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical analyses in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology and urinalysis.
• Verify, receive, label and process specimens according to policies.
• Analyze test results for accuracy and report in the LIS within turnaround times.
• Maintain instrument QC, preventive maintenance and supply levels.
