Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide Nutrition Care Process-based care in Clinton Township, MI. This contingent, part-time role conducts nutrition assessments, determines diagnoses, develops interventions, and monitors progress, collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to support participant outcomes.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, be ACEND-accredited and have passed the RD exam; Michigan licensure is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field.
• ACEND-accredited dietetics program completion.
• Successful completion of the RD exam.
• Michigan licensure not required at this time.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and nutrition-focused physical exams.
• Determine nutrition diagnoses (PES) and document clearly.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition interventions.
• Coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Team and participate in care planning.
• Document in the EMR per CMS and program guidelines.
• Provide nutrition education to participants and caregivers.
