Job summary

Arrowhead Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is hiring a full-time Client Services Representative (CSR). The CSR acts as a liaison, provides information, and resolves issues with accuracy and efficiency while supporting a team delivering compassionate care for clients and patients.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls

• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time position. $20.00-$21.00 per hour.

Client Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve.
