Job summary

Arrowhead Animal Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve client issues with accuracy and care in a team-focused environment.

This role does not involve direct pet care but is essential to delivering compassionate client service. The position is part-time with a pay rate of $20.00–$21.00 per hour, supporting our commitment to excellent client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in client services.
• Experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice preferred.
• Must be computer literate; basic skills to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Check clients in and out of the facility.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools.
• Handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with impromed systems.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team collaboration.
