Montgomery Veterinary Associates is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to join our team and support doctors and staff. The role focuses on delivering high-quality client service and smooth front desk operations in the Montgomery area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at front desk, check patients in/out, schedule rechecks, sign visitors and vendors in.
• Know vaccination protocol and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee the clinic flow.
• Assist clients with euthanasia paperwork and aftercare process.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Perform daily administrative duties: respond to client texts/emails, email medical records, process medication requests, distribute mail and client/doctor correspondence.
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach staff across the network.
• Assist in emergencies by expediting calls to triage staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
