Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience eligible).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Notary License preferred as a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing client flow in person and by phone.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador for the location, delivering a high touch client experience.
• Provides accurate everyday banking transactions and educates clients on options.
• Identifies client needs and refers to appropriate partners or specialists.
• Ensures policy adherence and risk awareness in daily duties.
