Job summary

TD Bank is hiring an Associate Banker II for Forest Hills/Queens Blvd. This part-time role (30 hours weekly) focuses on delivering everyday banking and consumer product support while building relationships with clients in Forest Hills, NY.

Responsibilities

Deliver hospitality-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
Engage clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for account needs.
Balance client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
Act as escalation point for standard and non-standard issues.
