Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience counted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise, clear, and consistent delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and independent work capability.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions while guiding appropriate referrals.
• Identify client needs and opportunities to deepen relationships with TD partners.
• Maintain compliance with policies, risk controls, and AML/regulatory requirements.
• Support colleagues and customers with a hospitable, trustful service approach.
