Qualifications

• GPA of 2.0 or higher required at all times while enrolled.
• Enrolled at least part-time as a student at MWSU.
• Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling department information.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the music library; catalog choral scores and inventory.
• Prepare and distribute scores; label folders and materials for rehearsals.
• Maintain sign-out records and track issued music; collect after performances.
• Provide light admin support (photocopying, scanning, filing) and event prep.
• Communicate progress to the Director of Choral Activities and flag issues.
• Provide courteous service to students, faculty, and partner organizations.
