Job summary

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio at Hersheypark is seeking a part-time team member to expedite food and support service, bringing speed and consistency to plated dishes in a fast-paced resort setting.

Responsibilities include plating, garnishing, coordinating with front-of-house, following Safe Food Handling procedures, assisting in training, minimizing waste, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while supporting inventory and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Plates, garnishes, and expedites according to standard recipes.
• Maintains communication with front-of-house for timely service.
• Follows safe food handling procedures per regulations.
