Job summary

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio at Hersheypark is seeking a part-time team member to expedite food items and support a fast-paced service line.

You will plate, garnish, and coordinate with front-of-house staff while upholding Pennsylvania ServSafe standards and maintaining clean, organized workstations. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement within Hersheypark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Follow and adhere to standardized recipes/menu items.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with inventory and food preparation as needed.
• Demonstrate outlet style of cuisine through tasting and prep.

Responsibilities

• Plating, garnishing, and expediting food*.
• Maintain communication with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service to guests*.
• Assisting with training*.
• Minimizing waste*.
