Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and pastoral skills required.
• Ability to provide confidential pastoral discussions and referrals.
• Comfortable delivering community presentations and spiritual guidance.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build trust.
• Provides pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family members on personal issues.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals for employees or family members.
• Handles notifications of death and serious injuries to families and other employees.
